Invitational Speech Tournaments The high school dramatic conference and play tournament sponsored by the Univ. of So. Dak. will be held on Dec. 13-14 at Vermillion. The four-state invitational high school public speaking tournament sponsored by the Depart- ment of Speech of the University will be held on Feb. 6, 7, 8, 1936. H. S.
