We were happy to have your letter of some several weeks ago,
and appreciate lyou giving us the choice of two dates for our
meeting.

After contacting the different groups, the date of November
15 seems preferrable, and we shall work to the end of having
a satisfactory meeting and a good attendance.

Of course, should your schedule interfere, we want you to
let us know that another date may be selected. We shall
let you know our detailed plans as the meeting date nears.
