Dear Dr. Allen:

I want to thank you very much for your
consent to make a talk in Kansas City before the
Electric Association, March 27th. While our Club
is primarily engaged in the advancement of the elec-
trical industry, our noon-day luncheons are used for
the presentation of general topics.

The membership is very much interested
in your present problem of gambling. I know you can
talk the 30 minutes allotted. The meeting starts with
a luncheon at 12:15 PM at the President Hotel.

: We will be very pleased to reimburse you
for any expense you may have in this connection. If
you would prefer some other topic, please advise.
