I have talked with Harold Ingham, vice-chairmen
of the Committee on the F. C. Allen Scholarshipe He
agrees with me heartily that if it is your wish you cer-
tainly should be permitted to complete the fund up to
$750.00. He also is strongly of the opinion that the
entire committee, as well as all other contributors, want
your wishes followed on such matters as time for the
scholarship to begin operatinge

Therefore, if you will send to Karl Klooz the
amount of $63.21, he will put that with the money he has
on hand and turn over the complete $750.00 to the Endow-
ment Association. I am sending a letter of instruction
to the Endowment Association with copies going to the
Committee on Aids and Awards, to the Chancellor, and into
our files, which will complete the instructions.
