TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All quotations are subject to prompt acceptance unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject
to change without notice and we reserve the right to withdraw any and all quotations.

In addition to the prices quoted herein the purchaser agrees to pay to the Butler Manufacturing

Company the amount of any sales, use, occupation, excise..or similar tax which becomes due
by reason of this transaction, payment to be made upon receipt of invoice for the amount of
the tax. In case of controversy as to whether this transaction is taxable, the purchaser agrees
to remit the amount of the tax to the Butler Manufacturing Company pending a specific ruling
by the taxing authority which assesses or collects the tax. The purc

We shall not be liable for loss, damage, delay, or failure of delivery resulting fro
riot or civil commotion, casualties, delays in transportation, or any cause beyond
nor liable for consequential damage from any cause whatsoever.

We guarantee to repair or replace f.o.b. factory, within one year from date of the contrac
order, any part manufactured by us which requires replacement due to defective material °
workmanship, but will not be responsible for consequential damages or any further loss by
reason of such defect. This guarantee does not cover products, accessories, parts, or attach-
ments which were not manufactured by us except to the extent of the guarantee given us by
the original manufacturer. We do not guarantee our goods to meet local, municipal, or state
ordinances, laws and regulations.

Do not return any goods to us until you have received our written permission to do so. Goods
returned through no fault of ours will be subject to a 10% handling charge in addition to
whatever re-stocking expense may be necessary to restore the item to salable condition.
Transportation charges on return goods should be prepaid.
