Congratulations on the grand send-off thet they gave you
last evening at the President Hotell Of course, you will have
another one tonight. And after all these festivities are over

you will be able to get down and do some real work. It was good
- to be with you and to hear you reminisce.

You did a great job of entertaining the boys and they liked |
every second of it. 7

Roy “Bud” Parmalee was promised by me an autographed copy
of my book, “Better Basketball". I did not get his address and
am wondering if you have been hearing from him lately. If not,
I oan write George Troutman and get it, but if you happen to have
it, will you kindly send it to me? Since you are manager of the
Kansas City Blues I imagine you have a stenographer. If you
haven't I will bet I'll have to wait a long time for an answer.
