application for enrollment and their names are on file in the
Registrar's Office.

No one can answer the question of who will be admitted after
July 1. Unofficially the non-resident ruling will be in effect
Bhis fall. Former ents and residents will have first preference
and then if there is room left, non-residents will be admitted.

transcript and a transcript from y former colleges that he might
