Sometime ago I called you to ask that you speak to our football boys
at our annual Rotary Football Banquet and it happened that you were
scheduled to be in Dodge City at that time. We went ahead with our
plans and invited Mr. Replogle to take your place but due to an
accidental death of one of our club members we had to cancel our
arrangementse We are now planning to hold the Banguet of Thursday
evening Jane 8th and we would again like to invite you to be our
guest speaker.

Will you kindly advise at your earliest convenience whether or not
this date will fit into your schedule ? Should it not be convenient
for you to come, will you ask Mr. Replogle to pinch hit for you ?
