Dear Dr, 4’len:

I was:certainly glad to receive your letter
telling me that you would be able to come for our
basketball recognition dinner. I know your coming
will mean a lot to the boys and to our community.

However, the March 15th date I suggested will
have to be changed to a date later this month because
of the State High School Regional Basketball Tourna-
ment. When we have definitely determined when we
can now plan for this event I shall again get in
touch with you and we will arrange a date satisfactory
to your schedule.
