We have your letter of the 5th enclosing 30¢ in stamps
for which you desire us to mil you our bulletin No. 42- "Construction
of Tennis Courts."

We are returning the stamps to you herewith inasmuch as
these are pre-cancelled stamps and cannot be used by use Incidently,
the cost of the bulletin is 35¢ and if you will be good enough to
