Dear Dr. Allen:

I appreciate the consideration which
you have given our request. I have been
somewhat delayed in answering your letter
Gue to the fact that it was necessary to
arrange a place for holding the banquet
and also for preparing the dinner. The
ladies of the Christian Church will take
care of the banquet in their church base-
ment on May 1. We have set the hour at
7:00 o'clock. |

I believe that $25.00 will cover your
cost of transportation and incidental
expenses referred to in your letter. We
shall make plans to reimburse you for this
amount.

We will be pleased to have publicity
in our two local weekly newspapers, if
you will be so kind as to send us mats and
any other information which may assist us
in pene Saver your coming for this event.
