After you were first scheduled to speak here and were
forced to cancel the engagement, I returned your mat and gloss
photo to you. Now that you came and spoke for us I am in
need of both of the items again. Could you send them soon,
please?

The mat will be used in our alumni paper and we will
make a copy of the photo so as to include it in our annual
with the group of "anniversary speakers".
