Dear Ir. Mason:

Arthur Spangberg is in the office and he is
very disturbed because he has repeatedly written and called
home regarding some money that he states should be forthcoming,

| It is necessary for him to pay his tuition and his
enrollment fees or else he will not be accepted in school.
He has no money for board or room and it is my impression
that he was to get a loan from youe We have given him work
as we have promised and he is doing nicely, but you can imagine
the mental state of affairs that he labors under when he is 3
promised money and none is to be hade

Arthur called his mother and his mother states you
are holding back, waiting on the draft progress or findings.
Would it not be fair that you make same decision at once and
advise Arthur and me as to what your conclusions are? The boy
cannot study nor can he work as well as if he knew things
were definitely decideds
