Dear Dr Phog:

Dale O'Brien, who is employed by a publicity firm,
and a loyal alumnus, has assumed responsibility for newspaper
and radio publicity. He wants to know on what railroad and
train you arrive in Chicago, and when you will be available
for a broadcast during Friday or Saturday. Who will come with
you in addition to the team? He wants the players' names and
their recordse I am writing to Fred Ellsworth for other
general information which we will need for the newspapers and
our bulletin. Kindly let me have your reply not later than
Monday morning.
