I acknowledge receipt of your very fine letter and
thank you for your good wishese

I else sppeontetin your courtesy in asking me to speak
on your Wednesday noon luncheon club, the Metro Clube I had
just previously written a letter to the WePherson Rebounders*
Club et MoPherson, Kansas, — them that I would go there
on March 26.

Since the state provides no traveling expenses it will
be necessary for them to pay my expenses out there, and I am
awaiting a reply from theme If my expenses for traveling by cer
out there are too much I will be free on March 26 and «ill
aecept your invitetion.e If Merch 26 is taken then I will he
happy to be with you on April 4.

I should hear from MePherson in a very short time and
if you can hold these two detes until I hear from them, t»on I
ean accept yours definitely. In my letter I insisted they answer

me promptly.
