in University Activities

Two senior women and twelve senior men will be
honored by Blue Key, men’s national honorary fraternity,
-at its annual spring sports banquet to be held Wednes-
day, April 23, in the Sunflower Room of the Hotel Lassen,

tello, who was in charge of the se-
lections. They include Mary Chance,
rifle; Vera Ellis, rifle; John Morton,
football and track; Jim Farrow,
track; Cloise Caldwell, track; Dud-
ley Tankersley, basketball and
track; Carl Buck, rifle; Howard
Jackson, football and rifle; Harry
Hadler, football; Larry Wallace,
football; Bob Kirkpatrick, golf;
Don Dushane, golf; Merle Gates,
golf; Ted Crist, tennis; Alberta
Zimmerman, debate; Walt Tait, de-
pate, and Gene Setzer, dramatics.
“Phog” Allen to Speak

speaker of the evening.

Fred Wylie is chairmen of the
ticket committee. Tickets are $1
plus two cents tax and may be pur-

Malcolm Nicholson served as
chairman of the committee to select
@ place for the dinner and direct
general arrangements. Oliver El-
liott is publicity chairman. Gene
Setzer and Bob Branson were co-
chairmen of the committee to se-
lect a speaker. Jim Costello and
Bob Ray were co-chairman of the
credential committee.

Honor guests at last year’s ban-
quet were Dave Johnson, Lewis Bur-
ford, Earl Abbott, Milburn Barnes,
Dale Neelly, Burns Simpson, Her-
