fhe low bidder M. NH. Penny offers the further deduction of $755.00
from the base bid and on alternates as listed above for omitting
the drains specified around the Courts. These drains should be

The architects estimate was $5,000.00 but evidently did not in-
clude some items which the bidders considered so that the bids are
close enough to the estimate for approval.

Mr. Kincaid requests that you call on him to convince hin of the
necessity of construction at this time and at these costs. He will
issue contracts if you so request. |
