August 1. On that date, please report all D and F grades to this
Office on the blue cards provided for that purpose. Additional
cards may be obtained as needed. |

 

Some instructors are failing to make the regular weekly
attendance reports. Supplies of the orange cards used for reporte-
ing absences may be obtained by calling K U 40.

 

Copies of the new muster role for the July-November term
may be secured at this office. If not convenient to 6833 THT 2s;
phone K U 40 and a copy will be sent to you.
