WEEKLY ATTENDANCE REPORTS

A check has been made for the past three weeks in
order to determine whether the instructors having V-1le
students are making weekly attendance reports. ‘The check
indicates that most of the staff members are making the
reports each week. As you know, a report card should be
sent to the Navy V-12 Office each week by each instructor
even though there are no absences to report. If you have
not been making these reports your cooperation in this
matter in the future will be greatly appreciated.
