F and D grades must be reported promptly for the following reasons: (1) Bach student must be processed to determine his future status in the University; (2) V-12 students who are divorced from the program must have everything cleared with the Navy and with the University in order to leave Lawrence by October 30, 1943; (3) A new quota of V-12 students will arrive on or about 1 November and the University and the Navy wish to avoid attempting to house and mess the group being divorced from the program and the new Quotas --IMPORTANT-- When the V+12 students report for classes at the beginning of the new term, please write the following information on the black board: (1) Name of author and (2) Name of textbook, Each student will have a card on which to record this informa- tion.
