Henrighson, Carl 1800-15-43 2400-15-43 Hargrave, William Robert 0900-15-43 2000-15-43 REPORTING OF GRADES It is not necessary to report grades on the Navy V-12 BLUE report cards at the end of the term, INSTEAD, report F and D grades on the Red and the Salmon colored cards which have been sent yous These cards should be delivered to the School of Eng ineering or to the College Office according to the directions given on the cards. F and D grades must be reported promptly for the following reasons: (1) Bach student must be processed to determine his future status in the University; (2) V-12 students who are divorced from the program must have everything cleared with the Navy and with the University in order to leave Lawrence by October 30, 1943; (3) A new quota of V-12 students will arrive on or about 1 November and the University and the Navy wish to avoid attempting to house and mess the group being divorced from the program and the new Quotas --IMPORTANT-- When the V+12 students report for classes at the beginning of the new term, please write the following information on the black board: (1) Name of author and (2) Name of textbook, Each student will have a card on which to record this informa- tion.
