CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE BUREAU

It has been brought to my attention by Lt. Michelman that
some instructors have been writing to the Bureau of Naval Personnel
concerning the V-12 Program. I have been requested to pass along
the information that correspondence to naval authorities, relative
to the V-le Program, must be transmitted via the Commanding OTrice?
of this unit.

 

MID-SEMESTER GRADES

The names of 12] Navy V-12 trainees appear on the January
restriction list. This represents a 24% improvement over the
mid-semester report last term. Letters from this office have
bcen mailed to the varents of the trainees whose names appear
on the restriction list informing them of the courses in which
their sons were making unsatisfactory grades at mia-semester,
Your cooperation in reporting the grades on time is greatly
appreciated,
