Dear Dr. Ailen:

As you know, the Midwest District Meeting of
the American Association for Health and Physica
Education will be held in Des Moines the first week
in April. i am chairman of the sees an on ments
athletics.

There has been some complaint in the past that
these programs did not have enough athletic content
for the many coaches who will be present. I am
trying to get some men well-known in the athletic
T1eld to appear on this program.  2f you wiil be
in attendance, | would like to have you talk to

this group either Thursday afternoon, April 2, or

 

Pride, afternoon, April 4. Des Moines is eentrally (
loeated, and we are anticipating a large attendance.
I believe that the meetings will prove wotth-while.
