Dear Phog:

Thanks for your letter of the 13th relative to your visit
with Bill Hahn. Judge Earl Thomas, father of George, talked
to the Hahns after they returned home from Lawrence. You seemed
to have made a "hit" with them, as I was sure you would. I do
not know whether they met Gwinn. They didn't seem to know.
They told Farl they had met a lot of coaches. Whether Bill will
enter K. U. I do not know, but I hope he does. If he doesn't,
I am sure it will not be your fault or mine.
