ACADEMIC TRAINING: St. Johnts University, Shangha i, China. POSITIONS HELD: pr. Koo served for nine years as an official in the Administrative Department of the Chinese Railway Service. He then joined the Staff of the National Committee of the Young Men's Christian Association of China. In 1925 he was a member of the Second Opium Conference called in Switzerland by the Lea gue of Nations, being one of the three chosen, through thirty-four organizations, to represent the Chinese people as a whole.
