Dear Doctors

We are anxious to locate any former athletes, coaches (college or
“nigh school), graduates of physical education, or outstanding men in
the field of sports now in the Army. Names of soldiers who have returned
from overseas service and are now on duty in this country or who are
still here without overseas service should comprise the listings.

I believe that if the present plans carry, we can get these men
back into the field of work for which they are best adapted and in which
they are probably most interested.

You no doubt have a list of boys from your school in the office. I
would appreciate very much if you would send it to the Athletic Branch,
Special Services Division, 25 West 43rd Street, New York, New York and
include the name, rank, organization and present location of the individuals.

We would be grateful if we could get the list as soon as possible.
Please do not give any publicity to this matter.
