Numerous conversations have been held in connection with the possible effort and it has been concluded that it is time to devote some serious effort to the establishment of an organization, the purpose of which will be the promotion of scholarships at the chapter at Lawrence. In order to do this, it has been felt that it would be well to incorporate the Kansas Alpha of Phi Kappa Psi Endowment Associa- tion, which would also have for a further purpose, the supervision and direction of better housing facilities for the chapter. In order to effect a successful campaign, it is felt that an intensified effort should be put forth and that you would be willing to help by serving on the so-called committee that would have as its primary duty, contacting members of Kansas Alpha in an effort to secure financial assistance from them.
