registration.

I am enclosing an application card and if you will fill it out and
return at once, I'll send your registration card and the necessary
books on the rules and play situations. I am planning to hold a
rules interpretation meeting in Lawrence perhaps Tuesday night of
next week. It'll see that all Lawrence officials are notified of
the exact dates
