I read with much interest the
other day about the celebration they put on
for you in Lawrence on the occasion of your
twenty-fifth anniversary. It was made doubly
interesting by the decisive defeat we handed
O1l' Mizzou.

You are to be congratulated on
another swell season, and the way it, looks to
me, next year also may be successful if too
many of the boys are not caught in the dreft.

Me, I'm already caught. Next
Tuesday, March 17, I'll be a buck private at
the Ft. Leavenworth induction station.
