Dear Dr, Allen:

I am returning this pair shoes to you, as they were returned to me by the
factory. They have made statement as to why they were returned in the letter

I am sending you with this letter. We dont usually send letters to the customer
s that we receive here from the factory when they are unable to resole the shoes
we send ine

I am indeed sorry we are unable to refix the golf shoes. As you will note that
the factory dosent wish to take the chance as the shoe may pull apart. If you |
are in need of a new pair of Golf shoes, please advise at once. I will have to
order them for you from the factory as I dont have your size in stock heréee

Sorry we have had to return this pair but that has happned Before to other
customers that I sent their shoes in for repairse
