Memo to Dr, Allen:

Dr. Allen,

The rubber mats, recently purchased <OF <uee in the
gymnasium have not been very satisfactory. The mats on the men's

side have torn at the handles,o The mat examined at the women's
side has completely torn leose around the outer stitching so

that the inner filling has no relation to the rubber covering.

I believe the stitching on all the mats is not adequate.
