Dear Dr. Allen:

I was so glad to receive your letter of accept-
ance relative to our plans to presenting a
chapel with you as our guest speaker. I am
marking the calendar for November 10th. If you
can get over before lunch, I should like to have
you meet with our football team and then we

will have an assembly at 1 p.m. I was thinking
that in that way you could get back to K. U.

in the early afternoon if you so desire.

Mrs. Williamson and 1 would like very much for
you to take lunch with us while you are here
and if you can stay with us all afternoon, we

could make good usage of your visit. I will
be glad to pay the expenses incurred in your

coming over here.
