Mr. W. S. Shatto, of the Slater Tile and Mantel Company,
of Kansas City, was in this morning measwwing the pool for
rosin He estimates that over oighty per cent of

the tile are bad. ee eS
with tho rest, before sulmitting it to the budget committee.

He is not et all optimistic about plugging the leaks in
this outmoded pool. We took up all the features, such as
end so forth, and he will get a bid to ws in
a short while.
