The folloving is believed to be one of the most complete
compilations of actual court cases of interest to those not only engaged
in operating swimming pools but all types of bathing facilities. We are
perticulerly indebted to Mr. Harris for this valuable contribution.
This presentation has been made in such a manner as to clearly present
cases often difficult to evaluate. The study of these examples should
serve to point out the denger spots in svimming facilities which might
involve danger suits.
