A few suggestions for making the 1941 Sumner Session of the
University of Kansas attractive to. prospective students.

1. Series of lectures by Allen Crafton and use of Museum of
Modern Art motion pictures. ;
2. Summer Session play by Allen Crafton.
3, Campus tours to spots of interest incbutines. :

L. Stress recreational opportunities for women.
5. Continuation snd enlargement of Dr. Allen's tine and
- recreation program.
6. More campus song fests.
7. Continuation of the msical program by Dean Swarthout.
8. Enlarge and improve program of conferences, institutes,
and exhibits.
9. Cooperation with city intedion picture theaters to secure
- weekly admission for student activity ticket holders.
10... Airy conditioning in sections of the library and Union
Bedi.
11. Use of swimming pool in gymnasium.
12. More mixers to get group aquainted.
(13. ‘Include hospital service.
14. Have more convocations and bring some outstanding speakers
to the campus.
15. Use pictures in advertising materials sent to prospective
students.
16. Stress new housing facilities afforded by Corbin Hall,
Miller Hell, Watkins Hall, Battenfeld Hall, Carruth —
