I do not have adequate background of the sumer recreational administration to qualify me to give an opinion. The only comment I should like to make is that I have found in my experience that it may not be wise to take anything for granted. Whether or not Dean Swarthout should take care of any part of the bill is for you and Mr, Chandler and Mr. Swarthout to decide.
