As you are no doubt well aware, we have a tremendous. job in
front of us. The Complete organization of a section such as this,
involving major students all over the country is one that requires
a great deal of thought. I believe we are realizing more than ever
before the need of getting the younger members of any group inter-
ested in the affairs of that group at an early date. The youth
movements in various countries today are striking evidences of
that need. 3
