My dear Dr, Allen: -

Enclosed are two copies of the form
for sending to this office the offerings for the
Summer Session. Will you please fill these in with
the program which has been tentatively agreed upon
at the budget session.

We shall appreciate it very much if
you can give us the complete information as to the
hours for class meetings and rooms in which sessions
will be held. We wish to get out our bulletin at the
earliest possible date. If you will give us this in-
formation now we shall not need to trouble you later
when the schedule is being prepared.

be greatly appreciated.
