Capacity for assuming and discharging responsibility --

"T think that depends upon whether or not she is
interested. Would not trust her too far with
responsibility. If it is to her interest particularly
to take it she will do it; if not, she can't be
bothered.” |

Intelligence and initiative -- "I think she has a very
high degree of intelligence and she has good initiative
and resourcefulness.”

Attitudes toward other people -- "Not particularly
sympathetic, and yet really rather understanding,
depending upon whether or not she likes a person.
That will influence her attitude.”

Maturity and personal organization -- "Very unstable
emotionaily and not particularly mature. A good
organizer: of her own work, but not of her own self,”

"I would recommend her for this type of a position with
a great deal of hesitancy."
