The 4th War Loan is upon USe . The starting date is
Tuesday, January 18, 1944.

Never has so much been asked from so many ~ I mean
just a mere loan - where good interest is paid for good money
that will do a Japanazi finishing deed. .

I have been given your nane and am writing you 4
short note, enclosing important informations I am alse sending
you a "We Bought Extra War Bonds" sticker for your office or
home because I know you will want to buy some bonds, I am also
sending a blank if you desire to fill it out for your banker's
conveniences

I believe the plan is for you to make your own pur-
chase, I Gill get in touch with you after you have had time to
study the amount that you wish to subscribe and I can turn this
in to headquarters at the Chamber of Commerce at tne earliest
possible date.
