The only authority or responsibility I have to
exempt a student from the physical conditioning course is
= the basie of physieonl disability. All other reasons

for exeuption come under the duties of a comnittes headed
by Bre Ae Jo Mikes

I quite agree with you that Floyd Santner is «
good boy and useful in your important works I also quite
agree thet he probably ie getting sufficient physical
exerciee in the course of his heavy work end school schedules
Since he has, to my reoent knowledge, no physical defect
warranting exeuse from physical conditioning, the petition
belongs in the Committee appointed to handle such cases

I hope that they may see fit to act on thie ease before
thie boy begomes a medical probleme
