for the items listed on your application, a copy of
which is returned with this letter.

Your application indicates that the equipment
listed is to be used by army personnel and that the
War Department will reimburse the university for its
purchase. In accordance with the July 28 War Depart-
ment bulletin $350-37-43 you may file a PD-3A applica-
tion through service channels for this equipment.
