Mr. Karl Klooz, the acting athletic director, turned
your letter over to me for reply. |

T am sending you a scopy of our tentative schedule. You
ean see that we have a very full schedule and few open dates.
But Topeka is so close that I think we can doubtless work you
in for a game at Lawrence and one at Topeka. Where will your
games be played in Topeka? As soon as I have this information
I will endeavor to persuade our athletic board to permit, if
possible, two games with your organization.
