Thank you for sending me your suggestions regarding tho
possible changes in the basketball rules that you had in mind.
I had several letters setting forth suggestions which you wrote
about. :

Coach Mitchell of Central High School, Minneapolis, had the
same suggestion and J think it is a good one.

There are always so many of these suggestions presented to the
Rules Comittee that never bear fruit. Wo perhaps will have to
wait another year before the Rules Committee will make other
changes, but it is always good to have so much interest in a fine
