I returned to Lawrence after a trip to Boone and to
Topeka, Kansas, where we conducted a coaching school for the
Kansas State High School Athletic Association.

IT want you to know how pleased I was to see you, Mrs.
Westfall and your lovely daughter. I enjoyed the visit with
you at the Boones Country Club very much, but most of all I am
indebted to you for that wonderful treatment which you gave me
last Saturday a week ago. Iwas really needing it very badly,
and you certainly put me on my feet. Many thanks and best
wishes.

T am hoping if you ever come our way that you will make
it a point to visit with us here in Lawrence.
