As I explained to you in my last letter, there was no record of your matriculating prior to Septeuber 8, 1919. You paid the matriculation fes at tht time and doubtless had you matriculated before that you weuld have been fersed te pay the matriculation in the surmer that you were under the in- pression you were here. if there is anything at all that I can do to help you, please coumand me.
