In this connection we have been asked to report on Mr. Sheldon Wingerd, 35, who states he was superintendent of schools at Rexford, Kansas, during 1957-1940. In 1940-1941 he studied law at the University of Kansas, was admitted to the bar in August 1941, and since November 1941 has been a special agent in the Investiga- tion Division of the Farm Security Administration. He is living in Doniphan, Nebraska, and is applying for ad- mission to the bar of Nebraska. We understand you know Mr. Wingerd*and are there- fore anxious to have your frank opinion as to his moral character and reputation while you were in close touch with him. .
