Dear Sir:

We desire to fill a vacancy as Personnel Representative
in the TWA activity program, if we are able to secure a
young man with the proper qualifications. Believing

you may be aware of a person available, with the quali-
fications which we desire, this letter is being written
to ask for any assistance in giving the names and addres-
ses of any eligibles whom you may know.

The work which this Personnel Representative will do will
be in conjunction with the activities of our TWA Club.
This club promotes intramural athletic events, such ag
softball, basketball, and bowling, throughout the year.
It also sponsors company dances and other social programs
on a large scale. The person employed in this position
will act as a director in the promotion and organization
of such activities.

We desire to secure a young man between the ages of 25 and
35 years, who has reasonable Selective Service deferment,
most likely as a result of dependents. In view of the im-
portance of the intramural athletic program, it is felt .
that a young man with a major in Physical Education would

be desirable.
