You will recall that I talked with you in the gym yesterday about an
engagement to speak at Camp Yood during the Senior Hi-Y period, The Camp
Wood folder was left at your office and you no doubt had had opportunity
to look it through. I am writing you just as a reminder and hope you may
find it possible to make this schedule,

pew Ae sp Wednesday May 29 as a desirable day for you to come, however the camp
Nbr+“c \"" period is May 25 to June 3 and if you found the 29th impossible, they
oy _ would surely be glad to have you set your own time. I would suwcest that

you plan to go out during the day and stay for the evening meeting if
possible. That is the logical time for a general presentation, however if
it were more convenient for you to drive out in the evening and stay over
for the next forenoon, that would be quite all right. They will put you
on whenever you can make it,

If you will let me hear from you, I will pass the word on to Mr. Wiens as
to the date and time,

P.S. May I again express appreciation for the fine cooperation we have

had from Herb Allphin in our Aquatic program. Incidentally we are conducting
a series of institutes this month and hope he may be able to attend one or
more of these meetings. He may talk to you about it as I left him a schedule
yesterday. Enclosed copy of our program, HWB
