Dear Phog:

We appreciated very much the use of Robinson
Gymnasium for students attending the District
Music Festival last Friday. It was really much
in use, I understand.

.You should understand that this event was first
invited to Lawrence by the School of Fine Arts
of the University and that all requests for use
of buildings and rooms were taken care of by
that school.

I am only sorry that you were not better and
earlier informed of our needs and wants. If
the Festival comes to Lawrence under similar
menagement again next year, I shall myself
assume responsibility to see that you are
informed well in advance of the requests that
we will make.
